Richard was recommended by a friend. From the first phone call, he was personable and engaged and returned a quote for needed works (front discs and pads) quickly. His prices were significantly cheaper than main dealer quotes and he was able to fit the car in promptly.

Whilst completing the works he noted concerns on the back discs offered photographic evidence and again provided an extremely competitive quote. Alas, subsequent issues were preventing him from replacing the rear discs (VW group anti-competition schemes are a disgrace) but, as he could not complete the work, he refused any further payment and charged only for the work completed.

Richard was a consummate professional throughout with clear and frequent communication and I would not hesitate to recommend his services to all. I’ll be back to get those rear discs!
